You are 18 or older
The app is rated 17+ and asks your year of birth on first run. It is not for minors.
Forfeits are your own affair
Anything your table puts on a round is a rule you made, not an instruction from us. You are responsible for your own drinking, your own limits, and getting home. Don't drive. Don't pressure anyone. Soft Mode exists for a reason.
The answers are our best sourcing, not gospel
Every question cites where its number came from. Estimates of real-world quantities disagree with each other; treat the game as a game, not a reference work.
Don't wreck it for other people
No abusive display names, no scraping the question bank, no automating play. We can close an account that does.
It's provided as-is, and you can leave whenever
